Welcome to Pénestin, a small seaside resort in southern Brittany! Its 25 km of coastline, 50 km of footpaths and dozen beaches - including the Source beach 500 m away - await you. At Plage de la Mine d'Or, 800 m away, you can enjoy a swim or water sports (paragliding, windsurfing, kite-surfing...). For your shopping needs, a pedestrian/bike path takes you quickly to the village, where you'll find shops and a Sunday market in summer. On the Vilaine estuary, the fishing port of Tréhiguier is a bucolic spot where you can sample Bouchot mussels. On the edge of the Loire Atlantique, it's only 30 minutes to Guérande, with its salt marshes, and the seaside resort of La Baule, with its immense beach.

The gite is on the 1st floor of the owners' house, accessible via a private outside staircase. The apartment offers: a living room (kitchen/lounge) opening onto the balcony, 1 small bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190), a shower room (Italian shower) and a separate toilet. The 9m² west-facing balcony features an electric barbecue. The washing machine is located in a laundry room on the first floor of the owners' house. Parking space in the owners' enclosed courtyard, fully secured (electric gate).
