Close to the Gulf of Morbihan and 15 minutes from Vannes, discover Locqueltas, a peaceful commune in the countryside. The best way to explore this area is by hiking, with 3 circuits in the commune to help you discover its history and heritage. Just a kilometer from the gîte, you'll find the Pont Berthois pond, ideal for family fishing.
Locqueltas is an ideal destination for a relaxing break, close to all the major tourist attractions.
The gite is housed in a large, charming thatched cottage nestled in a private estate.
On one level, it offers :
- an entrance hall, a living room with sitting/dining area
- kitchen and laundry area
- a master suite (1 x 160cm bed)
- separate wc and en-suite shower room (shower and whirlpool bath)
You'll enjoy the heated swimming pool (12 x 5 m) under sliding cover, a sports room, and a large garden with garden furniture and deckchairs.
The pool is heated (approx. 28°) and open from mid-May to mid-October.
The gîte is in the owners' house, adjoining gite 1203 (sleeps 3), and has its own private entrance.
The grounds and swimming pool are shared with the owners and the other rental. Parking is shared with the gite.
Possibility of accommodating 1 extra person (sleeping in the living room).

Sonja en Geert A real gem to spend a perfect holiday
Nathalie and Christian gave us a warm welcome on our arrival. They're was even a gift pack with some regional products. The gîte is part of a beautiful historical building and was clean and spacious and stayed very cool; no need for air-conditioning thanks to the thick walls of the building. The kitchen is modern and fully equiped and the bathroom is large, with bath tub and shower. What we liked the most, was the large and beautiful garden with the heated pool. All this in a very peaceful surrounding which gave us full opportunity to get some rest and have our batteries fully loaded again.

Très bon accueil, alors que nous sommes arrivés avec 1h d’avance. Très bel environnement. Le gîte était très agréable, spacieux et propreté irréprochable ! Très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien ! Doté d’une très bonne literie indispensable pour récupérer et être en pleine forme.

Merci de votre retour 5 étoiles pour l'accueil et l'hygiène. Quelques petites difficultés parfois avec le wifi, les murs en pierres font 1 m de large mais avec la fibre installée fin 2024 ce sera parfait. Le temps gris et très pluvieux lors de cette semaine et les problèmes familiaux dont vous nous avez fait part, nécessitant même votre départ anticipé ne vous ont pas permis d'apprécier les charmes de notre propriété. Il aurait été plus opportun de nous parler étant sur place et à votre écoute,comme nous vous l'avions indiqué lors de votre arrivée, nous aurions évidemment trouvé une solution à vos petits soucis.

Jim Very comfortable gite
Very pretty, comfortable, spacious and quiet gite. Part of the large gardens was 'ours', and the superb pool is shared with the owner and the other gite in the large house. Easy access to Vannes and Golf de Morbihan.
