The Holiday cottage is a large contemporary house offering all modern comforts. It is as follows:

- The first floor features a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, living room and sitting room. Also on this level: a master suite (1 bed 160x200) with private shower room/wc, a laundry room and a separate toilet.
- 1st floor: 4 double bedrooms (4 beds 160x200) and 1 triple bedroom (3 beds 90 x 190 including 1 bunk bed), a shower room, another shower room with toilet and a separate toilet.
Outside, in enclosed grounds, you'll enjoy a large south- and west-facing 100 m² terrace and 250 m² garden. A private storage area for bicycles and Beach equipment is also available. Parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage is adjacent to Holiday cottage 56G23440 and close to Holiday cottage 23438, with shared lock-up facilities. The Holiday cottages share a 2000 m2 plot of land. Pets, monthly rentals and short stays on request.
