It consists of a bedroom (2 90x200 beds) with lounge area, a shower room with wc (accessible from the bedroom), and a fitted and equipped kitchen with direct access to the veranda.
You will have a private parking space inside the property. At the entrance to Locmariaquer is the "Ty Kabiten" (the 'captain's house' in Breton). This beautiful residence and its large garden are open to the sea, a haven of peace. Each apartment offers an exceptional view of the Gulf of Morbihan, with the sailboats that sail there.
