For maximum comfort, they equipped the spacious living room with 2 stoves, one pellet-fired and the other wood-burning. The bay windows in the dining room and first floor bedroom provide plenty of natural light, and open onto the same terrace for convivial moments in fine weather. You'll find local shops in Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier, a small town 3 km away, and take the opportunity to stroll through the "Ondine et le Dragon" garden, a pleasant park with a pond, castle ruins and a free accrobranches course for Kids. Visit Fougères, City of Art and History, famous for its medieval fortress, the largest and best preserved in Europe, 19 km away. Other heritage cities are well worth a visit: Vitré 25.3 km and Rennes 36 km. The Holiday cottage is close to the "Rocher Portail-Château des sorciers", the Couesnon valley and 57 km from Mont Saint Michel.
