Ideally located on the Emerald Coast between Saint-Malo (12km) and Dinan (15km), this gîte is housed in a longère that was completely renovated in 2019 and overlooks the Rance River at 200 meters.
Comfortably furnished and equipped for stays of up to 4 people, you'll enjoy a spacious living area and a wooded garden with lawn, a south-facing terrace and the immediate proximity of footpaths along the Rance.

The gîte, adjoining another accommodation (not listed with Gîtes de France) is arranged over 3 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people.
First floor:
- a living room with open-plan kitchen, living room and wood-burning stove,
- scullery with sink and washing machine,
- separate toilet with washbasin.
1st floor:
- bedroom with 140x190 cm bed
- bedroom with 160X200 cm bed,
- separate bathroom with shower and bath,
- separate WC.
2nd floor :
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm), overlooking the Rance river

    Gîte bien aménagé avec vue sur la Rance

    Le gîte, très bien aménagé, est situé à proximité du village de La Ville ès Nonais ; l'endroit est vraiment très calme et paisible. Des couchers du soleil magnifiques au-dessus de la Rance, et balades à proximité immédiate sans devoir prendre la voiture.

    Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Cap Fréhel, Cancale, etc. sont également tous à proximité en voiture.

    Il y a trois chambres très spacieuses, une cuisine bien aménagée (avec buanderie séparée), une partie salon/salle à manger avec canapé et plusieurs fauteuils, TV et WiFi. La salle de bains, qui se situe à l'étage des deux chambres principales, comporte une baignoire et une cabine de douche séparée (et double vasque). Parking facile.

    Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et sont d'une discrétion totale. Un petit coucou en passant au papa, qui est charmant aussi :)

    Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et reposante, c’est une adresse à recommander pour une détente assurée, nous y retournerons sûrement !
