Just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Rochebonne beach in Saint-Malo, Villa Ker Amata welcomes you to its spacious, bright rooms on two floors. Ideally located in the heart of the Paramé district, close to shops and restaurants, 1 km from the Thalassotherapy center and 3 km from Intra-Muros.
Second floor:
two spacious bedrooms with 2 x 160cm beds and 1 x 90cm bed,
private bathroom and separate toilet on landing.
A supplement will be applied if two beds are used for two people. For further information, please contact the booking department or the owner.
2nd floor:
one double bedroom, 1 bed 140 with private bathroom.
Easy parking nearby.
Access to garden in presence of owners.
Closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles on request.

Isabelle et Dominique les propriétaires sont des hôtes une extrême gentillesse. Une chambre d'hôtes digne de ce nom. Tout est magnifique. Un petit déjeuner copieux.

Audrey Lovely place with a lovely host
Isabelle is a perfect host. You feel totally at home, and she is always available but never intrusive. The room is perfectly clean, with really tasteful interior and super clean. Isabelle has a lot of helpful tips and is always available.
Bus station in front of the house brings you directly into the ancient center or you walk alongside the beach. A bar at the corner on the left of the beach is super nice as well. Should I return to Saint Malo, I would stay there again with pleasure. Thanks so much Isabelle. We really felt at home- Cleanliness
