Just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Rochebonne beach in Saint-Malo, Villa Ker Amata welcomes you to its spacious, bright rooms on two floors. Ideally located in the heart of the Paramé district, close to shops and restaurants, 1 km from the Thalassotherapy center and 3 km from Intra-Muros.
Second floor:
two spacious bedrooms with 2 x 160cm beds and 1 x 90cm bed,
private bathroom and separate toilet on landing.
A supplement will be applied if two beds are used for two people. For further information, please contact the booking department or the owner.
2nd floor:
one double bedroom, 1 bed 140 with private bathroom.
Easy parking nearby.
Access to garden in presence of owners.
Closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles on request.

YOLU Super séjour à la Villa Ker Amata !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec des hôtes très sympathiques et aux petits soins pour que nous nous sentions parfaitement bien chez eux.
Le logement est d'une propreté exemplaire, le petit déjeuner est très bon (excellentes confitures maison) et varié.
L'emplacement de la Villa est parfait.
Nous recommandons vivement cette chambre d'hôtes !

Isa Magnifique
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à la villa Ker Amata. Isabelle et Dominique sont des hôtes adorables, de très bon conseil pour les visites et restaurants. La maison est magnifique, les chambres sont très agréables avec une literie hyper confortable. La plage est accessible à pieds. Une super adresse. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
