10 km east of Rennes, the Gîtes de Bénazé welcome you to their 6 comfortable accommodations for 2 to 6 people, housed in a farmhouse. Organized around a large shared courtyard and landscaped garden with gazebo and summer lounge. A recreation room open to all residents with table tennis, table soccer and billiards, heated swimming pool open from 01/04 to the end of the All Saints' vacation, dimensions: 9 x 4 m and 1.20 to 1.50 m deep, shared with the other gites, but you have your own private time slot, see details on arrival with the owner. Each gite has its own private outdoor terrace.
First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, WC. Upstairs: bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 x 200 x 180 x 200), shower room. For your comfort, beds made on arrival and towels provided. Wifi and wired internet access. Teleworking space in one room. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Facile à trouver, à 15 minutes d'Atalante c'était idéal pour moi.
Le gîte est au calme, les animaux de la ferme apportent le charme rural que l'on peut attendre d'un tel lieu.
Et pourtant tout le confort y est: piscine couverte, salle de jeu et balade de 4km. L'équipement du gîte est complet et il y a une terrasse sans vis-à-vis.
Par rapport à une chambre d'hôtel, c'est un confort et un luxe sans comparaison possible.
