We really enjoyed our stay at Sioul Malo, it was spotlessly clean on arrival. However, our welcome wasn't great, the manager seemed more concerned about what time we should arrive and what time we could leave at the end of the week. We did have a few other niggles .... the position of some of the appliances were quite dangerous, not least the microwave, for which you had to reach up to to take out hot dishes, and the door was just at head level and I bumped my head several times. The wifi connection was difficult - we had to pick up the router to find the code, turn it upside down to find the code and, in doing so, one of the wires dislodged and it was 24 hours before we could use it again! (the manager could have told us this himself, or it should have been included in the file of gite instructions. There were also very poor provision of sharp kitchen knives, we could only find one, and that was blunt! The cheese grater was minute, so could do with a larger one, and there was poor provision of oven proof baking dishes, so we had to go out and purchase one from a supermarket. The barbecue is electric and there was nowhere to plug it in, other than inside the garage, which I am sure you wouldn't have thanked us for! No wardrobe space at all in the rear bedroom. But the beds were very comfortable and we loved the towels and bedlinen! Because all the doors to the rooms were very wide, we assumed that this is a property designed for people with disabilities, so we were surprised that the microwave was in such a unfriendly position and the oven was poorly situated for disabled people! But apart from the above, we had a great stay, it was very well located for trips into St. Malo and some other lovely places no more than 30 minutes' drive away. We would definitely love to stay here again, but would bring some sharp knives with us!

Attentive à offrir un séjour agréable et confortable à nos vacanciers, je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de nous communiquer votre retour d'expérience après votre séjour à SioulMalo***.
Je suis navrée que certains équipements ne vous aient pas donné entière satisfaction malgré nos efforts afin d'offrir un équipement aussi complet que possible.
Je vous ai communiqué, en anglais, par email, un mois avant votre arrivée, le livret d'accueil à SioulMalo*** et 48 heures avant votre arrivée, tous les codes de sécurité afin que vous puissiez vous connecter, en WiFi, à notre réseau internet par la Fibre.
Afin d'assurer un meilleur accueil à nos vacanciers, nous essayons d'anticiper, dans la mesure du possible, vos heures d'arrivée et de départ en mettant à votre disposition les services d'une conciergerie disponible 7j/7 durant toute la période de votre séjour.
L'équipement de la cuisine est assez complet et comporte, en particulier, de nombreux couteaux : 6 couteaux de table, 6 couteaux à viande (Laguiole®), un couteau d'office et un couteau à pain.
Le four est disposé en meuble bas, avec à votre disposition, dans son tiroir : un grand plat en verre, un plat à tarte et une plaque de moules à muffin etc..
Le four à micro-ondes est situé à hauteur d'homme et intégré dans un meuble.
Le barbecue est en effet électrique avec une prise électrique extérieure, facilement accessible, située dans le jardin devant la terrasse.
