You'll appreciate the large dining table and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. An enclosed outdoor area with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Beds made on arrival. Nearby (500m), you can enjoy the lake with its promenade and games, and take the easy access to the Vitré-Fougères greenway.

On the ground floor, fully accessible and adapted for people with reduced mobility: a 38m² kitchen, a 32m² living room with a convertible bed for 2, a bedroom with 2 90X200cm beds (convertible into 1 180*200cm bed), an adapted shower room with WC, a laundry room with sink, a separate WC with hand-washer. Upstairs: a bedroom with 5 90X200cm beds, a shower room and separate WC, a bedroom with 3 90X200cm beds (2 of which can be made into 180X200 if required), a shower room and separate WC, a bedroom with 3 90X200cm beds (2 of which can be made into 180X200 if required) and a shower room with WC.
