On the Emerald Coast, 5 km from Dinard and the beach, lovely, bright apartment on the 1st floor of a luxury building in the center of Pleurtuit. The village is lively all year round, with all shops and services on site. Ideally located for Saint-Malo (15 km), Dinan (16 km), Mont-Saint-Michel (55 km), Cap Fréhel (40 km) and the beaches of Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac, Saint-Jacut-de-la-mer and Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo. Don't miss: hiking along the banks of the Rance river, 3 km away. Also within easy reach: the "voie verte" (greenway), which leads easily to Dinard for a walk or bike ride. Dinan is also accessible via this greenway.
1st floor: south-facing living room overlooking church square, contemporary kitchen, bedroom with 140cm bed and TV, bedroom with two 90cm beds and TV, bathroom with WC. Cot available, highchair on request. Free linen and beds made up on arrival. Electric heating. Easy, free parking nearby. No internet access for unplugged vacations.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires Monsieur et Madame Mauger.
Gîte très confortable, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Il est situé en centre ville à proximité des commerces accessibles à pied.

NKH Super ! Un grand merci
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte de la Maugeraie. L’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et de son époux nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. La maison est parfaitement équipée, offrant un confort remarquable tant dans les chambres que dans le salon, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de découverte de la région. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité d’y venir avec notre chien, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas ailleur. L’emplacement est très pratique, à proximité de tout : super U, Intermarché, trois boulangeries, pharmacie, ainsi que les petits marchés locaux Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésitation. Merci
