From Saint-Malo to Mont Saint-Michel, you can walk along the sentier des Douaniers (GR34) and pedal along the Vélo Maritime (300 m from the house), sample the local gastronomy including the famous AOP Bouchot mussels and oysters bred off Le Vivier-sur Sea. There are many cultural and natural sites to visit just 30 minutes from the house. A multitude of activities are on offer,
Maeva will be delighted to advise you on how to discover the riches of this beautiful region, and will welcome you for moments of sharing and conviviality. The Parenthèse Bed and breakfast offers 5 warmly decorated rooms for 2 to 4 people. Maeva can offer you a small catering service with planks or jars cooked on request 48 hours in advance. Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., using fresh seasonal produce from local producers.
Ground floor:
Balade sur la Grève room with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, private bathroom. Private terrace.
First floor:
3 double rooms with either a 160x200 bed or 180x200 bed or twin 2 x 90 and a family room for 4 people with 1 bed 160 and 2x80.
Each room is equipped with quality bed linen, towels and toiletries, TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
In summer, you'll have access to a shared enclosed garden with garden furniture.
The establishment has no private parking, but parking spaces are available just a few dozen meters from the house. If you come by bike or motorcycle, you can park in the private courtyard for added security.

Room: Mouettes et Bicyclette
This cosy and warm room, with a total surface area of 17 m², will seduce you with its natural atmosphere and warm tones. It has a 180cm double bed, or a 2 x 90cm twin. Let me know which configuration you prefer when you make your reservation.

This room, with a total surface area of 26 m², is the only one on the first floor of the house. This large family room, which sleeps 3, has direct access to the garden via its small, ideally-facing terrace. It has a double bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm).

Maeva nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. On a fait une étape en route vers St-Malo et on a bien apprécié cette belle et grande chambre, et le gâteau aux pommes maison lors du petit déjeuner...

Merlin und Mim Bretagne Rundreise
Sehr schönes, geschmackvolles Zimmer und gute Lage, wenn man St. Malot und Mont Saint Michelle anschauen möchte. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns geholfen sowie wertvolle Tips gegeben. Das Frühstück war perfekt und der Tisch liebevoll gedeckt. Mir wurde ein glutenfreier Kuchen gebacken! Die Vermieter sprechen Englisch.
