In the heart of Dinard, 800 m from Saint-Enogat beach and very close to shops and services, stroll along the large market square and the charming streets of the town center.
This comfortable, well-equipped detached house overlooks a pretty enclosed garden and is just waiting for you to enjoy your family holiday (baby equipment available, reading corner and games).
The gîte is laid out on two levels.
- First floor:
kitchen, dining room opening onto the garden, separate living room, bathroom and separate WC.
- First floor:
two bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the other with two 90x190 bunk beds.
Bed linen not provided. Central heating is gas-fired and will be billed according to meter reading. Parking is easy and free on the street.

As always a warm welcome from Guy and Irene to their beautiful gite. The house is immaculate and has a lovely garden. From there it is an easy walk to the centre of Dinard and St Enogat and the marvellous beaches.

Lady Super vacances
Propriétaire très sympa avec petite attention à notre arrivée.La location avec le jardin est comme sur les photos, est au calme et cela est très appréciable. Vous avez tout ce qu'il faut à 10 mn à pied, carrefour market, crêperie, boulangeries, Dinard centre etc.. Nous avons eu une superbe semaine en plus. Le GR 34 depuis la plage d'Enogat. Allez-y vous ne regretterez pas.
