15th-century residence, authentic interior rich in history, renovated and decorated to enhance the old architecture while providing modern comfort. Mr. and Mrs. Pinson welcome you to a verdant setting. You'll appreciate the calm of the large adjoining garden with garden furniture and a relaxation area with a swimming SPA (paying option 10 €/pers/30 mn and 5 €/additional person with a maximum of 5 people). 20 mn from tourist sites: Mt-St-Michel, Cancale, St-Malo, Dinard, Dinan.

1st floor:
1 "Jules et Julie" family unit comprising 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90x200),
The "Philomène" bedroom (1 bed 140),
Auguste" suite (1 bed 160, sitting area).
2nd floor :
Diane and Guylène" family room (2 beds 140)
Voyage" suite (1 bed 160, sitting area).
Private bathroom for each room.
(Baby cot available on request, free of charge).
Hearty breakfast served in the living room with fireplace.
Free WiFi and parking.

Room: Philomène

On the second floor, the restful Philomène room has a 140x190 bed, private shower room and toilet.

On the second floor, the Auguste suite is spacious, elegant and very bright. It features a Bed 160 x 200, a beautiful desk, a sitting area, a private bathroom and toilet.

On the second floor, the spacious Voyage suite features a 160 x 200cm bed, a sitting area (with the option of a 90 x 190cm bed) and a bathroom with large shower and private toilet.

Located on the 1st floor, the Jules et Julie family unit is designed like an apartment: a private corridor leads to the two bedrooms, the shower room (double washbasin, large shower), private WC, a "parental" bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a second bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 that can be joined together.

On the second floor, the Diane and Guylène family room is the most spacious of our bedrooms. Suitable for 2 to 4 people, it has 2 140 x 190 beds. A folding screen and canopy isolate the two beds. Private bathroom and toilet. (The use of the two beds for 2 people will be invoiced at the price of 3 people).

The price includes Breakfast included. TV on request only.

Un coin de paradis

Parfait. Très beau manoir. Le plus on y est comme à la maison. L'accueil, la gentillesse et l'humour des propriétaires est à souligner.
L'emplacement est parfait pour les visites.
Je vais régulièrement dans les chambres d'hôtes. Je n'ai jamais été déçue. Mais là je le classe dans les meilleurs que j'ai fait.
Je recommande vivement.

Correspond a 3 épis non 4 épis comme annoncé

Manoir que de nom , manque de prestations d'accueil, manque le côté chaleureux, pas d'accès libre a la pièce de vie ?! Peu d'extérieur pour s'installer confortablement juste quelques chaises et une table sous un petit abri. Accès piscine sur créneau et payant, fermé derrière la maison pas vraiment tentant, plutôt dissuasif..
Nous sommes également loueurs et portons beaucoup d'attention a l'accueil et prestation annexe inexistante ici. Petit déjeuner classique, rien n'est fait maison pas de qualité terroir, juste les yaourts Malo. Quantité limitée, pour une tablée complète, chacun son morceau de pain.fromage très basique pas de lait cru ou local, dommage.proprietaire juste avenant au petit déjeuner.

Tout est conforme à notre descriptif. Nous respectons un cahier des charges Gîtes de France avec des contrôles réguliers. Notre SPA de nage (et pas une piscine) est bâché en dehors de toute utilisation. Il est situé dans le jardin entouré de 19ha de prairies. Nous ne servons que du lait fermier frais, des pains spéciaux (dont pain local au sarrasin).
