Ideally located 13 km from the Rennes west ring road, 9 km from the Airport and Parc Expo. The Manoir de la Droulinais site is accessed via a wide tree-lined driveway leading to the entrance to the property, which is enclosed by a stone wall. The Holiday cottage is located near the 17th-century Manoir, in a large enclosed park planted with trees, very close to Rennes, in the quiet Countryside of Bruz, near the Vilaine river and its walks, and the Boël site, which is well worth a visit for its mill, moorland landscapes and red schist cliffs. A small Breton canyon setting where stories of yesterday and today mingle in the waters of the Vilaine. Ideal rental for adults and/or teenagers. Not recommended for young Kids, as the Piscine is close to the terrace, even if secured by a shutter.

On site, you'll have access to the heated swimming pool, open from May to September, (dimensions: 12x6 m, Depth 2m) with terrace, sun loungers, barbecue and Spa.
In the basement of the Holiday cottage: room with SAUNA and shower. A Tennis court is also available (closed in winter), these leisure facilities are accessible free of charge, but on reservation with the owner to book your time slot (except the Piscine).
On the first floor :
large living room with lounge (TV not connected to terrestrial channels), library and table soccer,
kitchen with professional quick-wash dishwasher.
First floor:
the Médian bedroom is accessible via the living area, with a 160x200 bed, private shower room and WC, and sitting area,
the Côté Est and Côté Ouest bedrooms have independent access from the outside, with private shower room and toilet, 160x200 bed, sitting area and private outdoor terrace.
