16km south of Rennes, ideally located close to the N137 Nantes-Rennes road (6km), the Parc-Expo and Rennes-Saint Jacques airport (17km), and the Ker-Lann campus in Bruz (15km), this ensemble of character buildings, entirely renovated in 2019, offers three gîtes, 2 of which are adjoining. This house is independent at the entrance to the property, and will seduce you with the charm of its interior spaces and the intimacy of its terrace. You'll also enjoy a covered play area shared by all 3 rentals, and a tennis court. For the comfort of your stay: bed linen is provided and beds made up on arrival. By appointment, the owners will be happy to take you on a guided tour of their landscaped grounds, whose design is perhaps attributed to Denis and Eugène Bühler.

Ground floor: separate kitchen, living room with fireplace opening onto terrace with barbecue and wooded garden, separate toilet, shower room with washing machine, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x200 beds.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed that can be converted into two 80x200 beds, a shower room.
