Welcome to this stone cottage in the heart of Plerguer, a charming Breton village ideal for exploring the region's must-see attractions. Nestled in a wooded setting, close to a small river (where Fishing is possible), this semi-detached cottage offers a private west-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. There's also a large communal garden.
Just 1.5 km from the town center and 10 km from the banks of the Rance river, there's plenty to do: Hiking around the Beaufort and Mireloup ponds (1.8 km), horseback riding at the equestrian center (1.9 km) or perfecting your skills at the Tronchet golf course (2.3 km).
Heritage lovers will be delighted with the Tronchet abbey and the Beaufort monastery. Stroll along the Rance valley and stop off at Saint-Suliac, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages (15.7 km).
10 km away, the Petite Cité de Caractère of Dol-de-Bretagne reveals its imposing cathedral.

ch'ti Vacances au Mont Saint Michel
Nous n'étions pas souvent présent au gite. Le logement est bien placé pour le tourisme à +/- 30min des villes touristiques (Dinard, St Malo, mont St Michel, Dinan, etc) et à 5min du bourg. Logement pratique et propre sauf la vaisselle qui été assez grasse et qu'il a fallut relaver. A noter également des petits soucis de réseau et de connexion wifi/4g.
Un très bon séjour dans ce gite, nous le recommandons.

Ana Una estancia muy agradable
Nuestra estancia en Lycastel has sido estupenda. La casa está muy bien equipada, y situada en un lugar perfecto para conocer toda la zona. Todos los bonitos pueblos a ambos lados del río Rance, así como puntos como Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, son fácilmente accesibles desde Lycastel. La casa está en un entorno precioso, rodeada de especies arbóreas autóctonas. M. Lechevalier es muy amable y atento. Sin duda, es un alojamiento encantador. Nos ha quedado un recuerdo entrañable.
