This pretty vacation home, located in the heart of the village, was built in the early 18th century. Today, it has become a charming Holiday cottage offering quality service and comfort. In the living room, the Malouin sideboard and the Rennes cupboard recall the know-how of yesteryear, in a warm atmosphere. You'll fall under the spell of the elegant decor carefully chosen by the owner.
As soon as the weather is fine, enjoy the peace and quiet of Saint-Suliac, one of France's most beautiful villages. Starting out from this small fishing village, you'll have plenty of time to organize your own getaways: Hiking along the Rance, strolling along the Emerald Coast (the corsair town of Saint-Malo 13 km away, the Belle Époque villas of Dinard 17 km away, the beaches of Saint-Coulomb 20 km away), discovering the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel (Cancale 19 km away, Cherrueix 24 km away and of course France's most famous abbey 46 km away).
First floor:
- a living room with dining room, lounge with fireplace, open-plan fitted kitchen
- separate toilet
1st floor:
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and private bathroom with shower and WC, washing machine and tumble dryer
2nd floor :
- a bedroom opening onto the landing with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
For your convenience, linen and towels are provided, and beds made on arrival.
Electric heating.
Luggage and shopping can be dropped off at the Holiday cottage by car. For parking, a free public parking lot is located 100 meters away or more, depending on the number of spaces available in the village. No bike storage available.

LolO village magnifique & gîte typique
Gîte bien situé dans un village accueillant propice aux ballades. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, dans un gîte impeccable, bien équipé et confortable. Le mobilier ancien magnifiquement entretenu, ainsi que le gîte en parfait état proposent une ambiance pittoresque qui plonge les occupants dans un autre temps, tout comme le coeur du village.

Melville Bord de Rance
Alors, bien sur, il y a St Suliac et son charme particulier.
Bien sur, il y a la proximité avec St Malo, Dinard et toute la côte d'émeraude.
Mais il y a aussi l'Escale, cette jolie ancienne maison de pêcheurs, remis à neuf avec gout par Chantal l'Ecuyer. Rarement nous n'avions vu un choix de meubles et d'objets aussi raffiné. Ce qui n'exclue pas un équipement électro-ménager où rien ne manque.
Enfin, il y a Chantal, son accueil, sa disponibilité et son écoute.

Steph Authenticité et élégance !
L’Escale, une authentique petite maison de pêcheurs nichés au cœur d’un des plus beaux villages de France ,idéalement située pour visiter les plus beaux coins de la région .
Une déco dans le style malouin a couper le souffle! Le gîte est très bien équipé, très calme et extrêmement propre.
De délicates attentions: bouquets de fleurs et bouteille de cidre nous attendaient, sans compter sur l’extrême gentillesse de la propriétaire.
