Successful renovation of this former cowshed and stable into a spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated gîte! Close to a dairy farm (tour of the farm available on request), this beautiful stone house can accommodate up to 6 people, and is sure to charm you with its convivial spaces. In winter, enjoy the warmth of the stove, and on sunny days, the terrace and sunbathing in the flower-filled courtyard. Looking for an escape? You're just 2 kilometers from the Marais de Sougeal nature reserve, 5 kilometers from hiking trails, 15 kilometers from Mont Saint-Michel and 25 kilometers from walks in its majestic bay, 22 kilometers from the Petite Cité de Caractère of Dol-de-Bretagne and 43 kilometers from Cancale.
This gîte is arranged over 3 levels.
First floor:
- a large living room with dining table, sitting room and wood-burning stove,
- a fitted kitchen
- a laundry room,
- separate toilet with washbasin.
1st floor:
- bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed
- a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed (+ and if required a 90 x 190 cm bed)
- bathroom with shower
- separate WC
2nd floor :
- a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed (+ and if required a 90 x 190 cm bunk bed).
For your comfort, towels and sheets are provided and beds made on arrival.
Outside :
- an enclosed courtyard with lawn, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.

Ponponce Très beau gîte
Endroit au calme , bien situé entre la Normandie et la Bretagne pour visiter
Quel plaisir le matin de se promener et d’aller chercher du lait frais à la ferme
Très bon espace de vie dans la maison

Manuela et Benjamin Super Gîte !
Très bon gîte où il fait bon vivre. Très confortable dans un environnement calme et charmant. Tout y est : spacieux, propre, linge de lit et de maison, gîte très fonctionnel et la décoration soignée. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil des propriétaires. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir et le recommandons.

Et de 4....la magie opère toujours
4ème séjour mais de 2 semaines cette fois.
de l'accueil au départ, aucun reproche à formuler.
la maison est extraordinaire, rien ne manque, on se sent chez soi.
nos hôtes toujours aussi agréables tout en restant discrets.
