Quiet countryside setting, small self-contained gîte close to the owner and another seasonal rental on lovely enclosed private grounds with outdoor play area (swing, slide), deckchairs, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You are 2 km from the center of La Couyère, 10 km from Janzé and 28 km from Rennes.
Holiday cottage on one level comprising :
a kitchen opening onto a living room with dining area,
a bedroom with a 140cm bed,
one bedroom with two 90 cm trundle beds that can be converted into a double bed,
shower room and separate WC.

Travellers Inc A sun trap in the country
At the end of a country lane next to owners house. Very quiet with a enclosed garden full of birds. The cottage was well laid out with top range appliances. The cottage was on one level with shallow steps at the entrance. Toilet was low bathroom had a nice shower and an electric towel rail. All the utensils needed were there. Supermarket was in Janeze for all your needs.
Again we could not fault it and the hosts were very nice.- Cleanliness

Séjour calme, bien situé pour des visites dans les environs (vallée de la Vilaine, Janzé, Roche aux Fées, Chateaubriant, Vitré...). Chambres bien fraîches en période de canicule !
