In the center of Liffré, a pleasant commune northeast of Rennes, this house offers two comfortable semi-detached rentals units ideally located close to services and shops, just 2.7 km from the A84 (Rennes-Caen freeway) and 800 m from the Etang du Moulin, a fishing and relaxation center, with a walk along part of the site equipped with picnic tables and fishing pontoons.
On one level (with a few interior steps): living room with kitchen and lounge, bedroom with 160x200 bed, bedroom with two 90x200 beds, shower room and separate toilet. Easy, free parking on the street and in the garage for a small car.

Jacques sejour en Bretagne
Gite tres propre , des améliorations peuvent être effectuées a moindre coup :odeur d'égout dans la SDB , porte de la douche et porte d'entrée a régler , vidange du lavabo a mettre en état , manque des produits d'entretien
