In the Brocéliande region, in a stone house adjoining the owner's home, this gîte is located near the Saint Meen-Médréac greenway (free loan of 3 adult bikes, including 1 electric, and 3 children's bikes) and the forest. In the heart of a 4500m² landscaped area, games are available for young and old (swing, ping-pong table, badminton, petanque court and archery).
Relaxation area with indoor pool and SPA.
The Holiday cottage has two levels Ground floor: living room with sitting area and wood-burning stove for large 58 cm logs, fully-equipped kitchen area Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds. Baby bed. Bathroom with bath and WC. Central heating (oil-fired).
Outside: - free access to large communal garden with swing, pétanque court (equipment provided) and badminton net - bicycle shelter - shared unheated above-ground swimming pool (dimensions: 5 m x 2.74 m - 1.20 m deep) with free access from mid-June to mid-September - 6-place Spa, including 1 lying down (3 one-hour sessions free for a stay of 2 people, additional sessions available at extra cost: €15 for 1 person for 1 hour and €20 for a couple for one hour) - available all year round on request.

Laurent et Céline Très joli gîte
Régis est un propriétaire très à l'écoute de ses clients, serviable et disponible.
Le gîte est magnifique, l'endroit très calme et dispose de tout ce dont une famille peut rêver pour passer une semaine de vacances.
Seul petit bémol la piscine n'étant pas chauffée, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car beaucoup trop froide pour nous.- Cleanliness

Margot Super séjour, à recommander les yeux fermés
Un gîte spacieux et confortable qui a tout ce dont les familles ont besoin ! Un choix d’équipements à l’extérieur énorme ce qui est assez rare pour être mentionné, en particulier les vélos dont la charrette pour enfants ! Et le propriétaire très accueillant et accommodant, bref un séjour à refaire !

Bree Quiétude à Quédillac
Lieu calme et reposant, jacuzzi bien agréable. Loin du bruit mais plusieurs villes à visiter à moins de 35 mn. Séjour fort agréable. Gentillesse et discrétion du propriétaire. Tout est ok. Merci
