This cosy cottage nestles in a verdant setting in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. Its pretty enclosed garden, planted with flowers and trees, invites you to relax in a bucolic setting. Kids will find plenty to keep them entertained in the shared play area, with swings, trampolines and slides. The heated swimming pool, open from April to November, will delight young and old alike! This vacation rental is the ideal starting point for all your Côte d'Émeraude escapades: take the GR34, which passes right next door, to reach Mont-Dol 5 km away, a 65 m-high granite mound offering a breathtaking view over the whole Bay, explore the small Cité de Caractère of Dol-de-Bretagne 6 km away, marvel at Mont Saint-Michel 22 km away, enjoy seafood at the Port de la Houle in Cancale 23 km away, and take on the Corsair City of Saint-Malo 28 km away.

This Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house and another cottage.
It is organized on two levels.
On the first floor :
- a living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto a sitting room with fireplace
- a utility room with fridge and washing machine
- a separate toilet with washbasin
First floor:
- bedroom with one 160 x 200 cm bed, convertible into 2 80 x 200 cm beds
- bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds
- a study area
- bathroom with shower and bath
Outside, a private area (enclosed garden) with :
- a terrace with garden furniture, shade sail and barbecue
- sun loungers
A communal area (shared with the owners and occupants of the other Holiday cottage) with :
- Kids' play equipment (swing, slide, trampoline)
- garden furniture
- a 10m x 4m x 1.50 m heated indoor swimming pool (chlorine-free: UV filtration), open from April to late October
