15 km from Fougères, this renovated former presbytery is home to two adjoining gîtes with separate entrances. Warm and welcoming, this rental offers a pleasant setting in the heart of the village of Mellé, classified as a commune of Brittany's rural heritage (heritage interpretation circuit: 11 km). You'll enjoy a pleasant communal area with garden furniture and barbecue. The commune also offers a coworking space should you need it.
First floor: living room with working fireplace, kitchenette (with filter coffee maker) and relaxation area, WC with washbasin. First floor: three bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed, bathroom with WC. Free public parking in the immediate vicinity. Lockable bicycle shed available.

Nicar Séjour au calme
Nous avons loué le gîte seulement pour y dormir, à l'occasion d'une réunion de famille. Le gîte est très spacieux et très bien équipé, et malgré la canicule, le gîte est resté frais. Le seul reproche est le manque de consignes concernant les poubelles.

Beau gite installé dans l'ancien presbytère. Maison de caractère, gite bien fourni et décoré, dans un village très charmant. Séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement. Rap^port qualité prix imbattable. Merci pour l'accueil.

philippe Séjour hivernal très agréable
Gîte très agréable dans un tout petit bourg rural ; Nous avons apprécié la grande cheminée en granit et la possibilité de faire un vrai feu de bois ; Contact facile et simple avec les personnes de la mairie, nous reviendrons certainement !

Excellent séjour au Presbytère à Mellé. Prche du Mont Saint-Michel et de Saint Malo. le Presbytère se trovue au coeur du village. Un très bon restaurant à côté.

Très bon séjour dans ce gîte au calme.
Bon accueil, bon emplacement.
Quelques accessoires un peu vieillissant, aspirateur et abattant wc cassé, canapé qui grince.
En revanche très appréciable d'avoir tout l'équipement nécessaire à notre arrivée (papier toilette, éponges, sac poubelle, produit vaisselle, seche linge etc...) et logement spacieux où chacun peut avoir son espace. Le jardin est très agréable.
