Authentic atmosphere for this Holiday cottage with its large living room, exposed beams and stonework. This Holiday cottage is located 2 km from the center of La Fresnais, on the tourist route (D4) to Saint-Malo (15 km) and Cancale (13 km).
This Holiday cottage is located close to the owners' house. It is organized on 2 levels.
On the ground floor :

- living room with dining table, lounge and working fireplace (closed hearth),

Gite très bien situé. Propreté impeccable. Ustensiles de cuisine nombreux et tous en état de fonctionnement.
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Elle est disponible pour les locataires.
