This former dovecote is located 2 km from the village and shops. You're 20 km north of Rennes, where you can discover its history and half-timbered houses, and 50 km from Saint-Malo and the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. If you love nature and walking, you're just 3 km from the Ille et Rance canal. This canal, which links Rennes to St Malo by river, is closely followed by a pleasant greenway that can be explored on foot or by bike, making for great family outings.
First floor: living room with sitting area (wood-burning stove), fitted kitchen, WC with washbasin, shower room, laundry room. 1st level: large landing with sofa bed, one bedroom (1 double bed 160), one bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190), shower room with WC. 2nd level: under the dovecote roof, children's cabin with two single beds 80. Underfloor heating.
Enclosed grounds, garden furniture, barbecue.
At your disposal and at no extra charge, a spa and sauna have been installed in the owner's private annex. For children, a wildlife park with small animals.

Rien à redire à propos des prestations, le lieu…tout y est. Le spa est vraiment très agréable. Mais pas dessus tout c’est tellement agréable de rencontrer une personne aussi sympathique, aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Vraiment un grand merci à Mme Lecarpentier pour sa gentillesse.
Evidemment je recommande Le pigeonnier!!

Mag Changer d air
Sérénité oblige..charmant endroit avec des hôtes d exception. Un endroit idéal pour se dépayser dans ce lieu insolite... décoré avec goût, le Pigeonnier ravit petits et grands.
Les animaux y sont rois, on peut même promener le poney..
Les balades aux alentours y sont multiples.
Nous reviendrons, c est une certitude.
