7.5 km from Rennes-sud, this stone gîte is housed in an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2020, adjoining another gîte and close to the owners. Contemporary, you'll appreciate modern comfort and a full range of facilities for vacations or business stays. You'll enjoy a pleasant, private outdoor space with garden furniture and barbecue.

On the first floor, fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, there's a living room with a kitchen, dining area and lounge, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an adapted shower room with WC and a laundry room. Upstairs: a landing with sofa, two bedrooms, each with two 90X200 beds, a shower room and separate toilet with washbasin. Private parking on the property.

Magnifique séjour

Très agréable séjour,dans un gîte très confortable et dans un environnement très calme, tout en étant proche de nombreux commerces et de Rennes.
Hôtes très réactifs et attentifs à nos demandes.
