Discover this beautiful stone house in the heart of Plerguer, a small Breton town at the crossroads of the region's major destinations.
Its atypical interior architecture and meticulous decoration create a warm, refined atmosphere, ideal for relaxing in total serenity. The house combines traditional charm with modern comfort, and its south-facing aspect ensures natural light throughout the day, enhancing every room and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The cosy living room around a beautiful stone fireplace is perfect for relaxing or socializing. The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, each with en-suite facilities for optimum comfort. The exterior of the house is just as attractive as the interior, with a pretty, carefully tended flower garden and a large, sunny terrace.

Philou Une semaine de pure bonheur !
Le séjour a été très ressourçant. Julie a été une hôte très accueillante et à l'écoute. Le gite a des prestations de grand standing. Une salle de bain par chambre, cuisine top, coin bureau très agréable sur la mezzanine... Le jardin est propice à la détente et au barbecue ! Proximité des commerces. +++

Chris Logement exceptionnel
Un vrai nid douillet et magnifiquement décoré. Le gîte est très joli et tout ce que vous aurez besoin est fourni. Une cheminée dans le coin salon pour un apéro ou manger au coin du feu est génial. Une hôte au petit soin et toujours disponible, la communication a été excelente. De belles chambres avec salle de bain dans chacune est vraiment un "luxe". Parking privé devant le gîte en sécurité et une belle terrase pour les jours ensoleillés. Un Super U juste en face pour les courses avec une station service. Gîte proche des principales visites de la region en 20 minutes. Que dire de plus. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Merci Julie pour ton accueil, nous gardons l'adresse pour revenir et nous la partagerons.
