In the heart of the village of Le Vivier sur Mer, 400m from the beach and the sea, this beautiful character apartment with exposed stone walls and an atypical volume, is located on the second floor of a country house. Well-equipped, it's ideal for couples with children. Close to shops and services, you're just 7 km from Dol de Bretagne, 17.5 km from the banks of the Rance and 24.5 km from Mont Saint-Michel.
On the 1st floor, with access via a shared interior staircase: living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, shower room and separate toilet. On the mezzanine: a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, and a small adjoining bedroom with two 90X190 bunk beds. Easy, free parking in the immediate vicinity on the church square.

David and Corinne are excellent, welcoming hosts. The gite has everything needed for a stay. The village is very quiet and very nice, and there are many interesting places to visit in the local area. I heartily recommend this gite.

Heinrich G.J. Unterm Dach zwischen Mont-St.-Michel u. Saint-Malo
Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders groß, aber für ein Paar ein gemütliches Nest, in dem alles Notwendige zur Verfügung steht. Die Lage ist, wenn man sowohl den Mont-St.-Michel als auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten der östlichen Bretagne mitnehmen möchte, ideal. Dazu wohnt man mitten im Ort mit Bäckerei und Epicerie direkt gegenüber. Einen Platz für das Auto in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden war kein Problem (im September!) Die Eigentümerin war gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Malou Gîte "le Mont St Michel"
Gîte très agréable et fonctionnel, accueil chaleureux, idéalement situé à mi chemin entre St Malo et le Mont St Michel. Le vivier sur Mer est un beau village de pêcheurs
