In the heart of the village of Le Vivier sur Mer, 400m from the beach and the sea, this beautiful character apartment with exposed stone walls and an atypical volume, is located on the second floor of a country house. Well-equipped, it's ideal for couples with children. Close to shops and services, you're just 7 km from Dol de Bretagne, 17.5 km from the banks of the Rance and 24.5 km from Mont Saint-Michel.
On the 1st floor, with access via a shared interior staircase: living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, shower room and separate toilet. On the mezzanine: a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, and a small adjoining bedroom with two 90X190 bunk beds. Easy, free parking in the immediate vicinity on the church square.

Sandy Wohnung in schöner zentraler Lage
Schöne Wohnung im Maisonette Stil. Zentral und ruhig gelegen, Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Schnell bei den Austern Produzenten und bei anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Bretagne und Normandie. Die Couch dürfte einmal ausgetauscht werden, da in der Mitte durchgelegen, wurde vor Ort aber auch der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin mitgeteilt. Und es gibt nur Dachfenster. Da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, stellte das kein Problem dar.
