1 km from the village. Quiet, secluded country gîte. Ample parking on the property. All-inclusive price: heating, wood for stove and barbecue, household linen and sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. New: rental from Friday to Friday, to enable holidaymakers to get around more easily and take advantage of the Saturday morning markets (Saint-Malo, Dol...). Priority booking per 14 nights, in summer and outside the winter, spring, All Saints' and end-of-year school vacations.
Holiday cottage on one level. Large living room with wood-burning stove and open-plan kitchen, top-of-the-range bedding, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80X200, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (separate mattress-springs 160X200), cot and high chair, shower room, WC. Very comfortable BT geothermal underfloor heating. Terrace with garden table, wooden and canvas deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, parking on the property. Accessible to an accompanied motor-impaired person. Upstairs, independent apartment for use by the owner, located partly above the gîte and occupied episodically during school vacations and in June.

Les Finisteriens Vacances
C’est notre deuxième séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé . L’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. La vue est magnifique et l’endroit est très calme. Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la région.

amlac Vacnces à saint Suliac
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mr Silvestre, très gentil et présent en cas de besoin tout au long du séjour. La maison, très bien restaurée, est propre, bien équipée, dans un calme absolu et avec une vue splendide sur la Rance. On ne s'en lasse pas.
La région est très belle.

Jean Mi Séjour au Mont Garrot
3éme fois que nous louons ce gite, nous sommes ravis de voir que rien n'a changé.
Il est toujours aussi bien situé, avec une vue renversante, très confortable ,bien agencé et équipé ,propre , au calme mais proche de tout. Saint Suliac est un village magnifique.
