First floor:
- a living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen and dining area.
An airlock accessible by 2 small steps leading to :

- a bathroom with shower

- bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed,
- a bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm bed,
- separate WC.

- unfenced grounds with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue
