Ideally located 15 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Dol-de-Bretagne and 25 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, the gîtes de la ferme de l'Ouche are an excellent base from which to discover Haute-Bretagne. These semi-detached gîtes, built of local stone and exposed beams, have been converted from an old farmhouse. You'll be seduced by the conviviality of their interior and exterior spaces, laid out and equipped for a comfortable stay in a magnificent rural setting. Each has its own private southwest-facing outdoor space, with garden furniture (dining table and small lounge), barbecue and deckchairs. There's also a shared garden with a vegetable patch, orchard and petanque court. Depending on the season, you can pick your own vegetables and herbs from the garden and collect fresh eggs from the two hens in the henhouse.

First floor: living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, utility room with sink and separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bedroom with three 90x190 beds, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Parking on the property. A ping-pong table (with rackets and balls) is available in an open room.
