In the Countryside of Brittany, near the Morbihan region, this stone-built house of character welcomes you for a stay dedicated to relaxation and water-based leisure activities.
You'll enjoy a pleasant living room opening onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, with direct access to a private heated and covered swimming pool (dimensions: 8 m x 4 m, depth from 1.20 m to 1.50 m). The Piscine is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., from the start of the spring vacation to the end of the All Saints' vacation.
You'll love the comfortable layout of this light-filled house, situated on a large plot close to the owners.
Your Holiday cottage is ideally located at the crossroads of many tourist attractions: the small town of La Gacilly 17 km away, famous for its photography festival and the Yves Rocher house, the green resort of Guipry-Messac 14 km away, as well as the site of Lohéac, renowned for its circuits and its automobile museum.
First floor: a vast 65 m² living room including a large kitchen opening onto a dining room on one side and onto the living room on the other, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, a shower room, a separate toilet with washbasin and a laundry area. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140x190 bed, two bedrooms each with a 160X200 bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Parking on the property.

Famille LC Très beau gîte
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette grande maison, très agréable: spacieuse, bien agencée et au calme. La piscine couverte nous a permis de profiter pleinement peu importe la météo! Petits et grands étaient ravis. Enfin la situation géographique est très interessante avec à proximité de beaux endroits à visiter!

Excellent lieu de séjour pour des vacances reposantes, ressourçantes. Un havre de paix à la campagne.

Melon Reposant bucolique et vivifiant
Excellent séjour à la campagne ,isolés parmi la nature et les animaux de la ferme tout en profitant d'une maison spacieuse et confortable avec piscine couverte au top MERCIIIIIII

D. Mertens Very luxurious and large gîte in the countryside
Very modern gîte with superb kitchen. Small issues that could have brought the '4's to '5's:
a. we would have appreciated some curtains and/or shutters on the ground floor as we are not used to such openness.
b. airco(s) would be welcome especially with the increased temperatures. Two ventilators were at our disposal but can of course never replace an airco.
c. the Wifi was 'solved' just before our arrival, but luckily I had a 'repeater' at hand because the separate bedroom on the ground floor was getting a very low signal.
d. the covered pool was a superb asset. Loved it!- Cleanliness

Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are delighted that you enjoyed both our holiday home and the swimming pool. We will take into account your comments . Indeed, your stay coincided with an exceptionally hot week—a heatwave beyond our control—alongside an unexpected Wi-Fi outage on Saturday morning, which, as you kindly noted, was promptly resolved by installing a 4G box in urgency (the outage was on Saturday morning, and the 4 box was installed on saturday afternoon) . The heat was indeed unusual for Brittany, and for the moment, the plan is not to install air conditioning, as we sincerely hope such extreme weather does not become the norm in our region.Wishing you all the best
