Between Saint-Malo and Cancale, just 300 m from the Sea and Le Verger beach, discover this charming Breton house divided into two Holiday cottages with independent entrances. Ideally located close to the tourist route and the Beach road, it's the perfect base for exploring the Emerald Coast.
Each Holiday cottage has its own private terrace and enclosed garden with lawn, garden furniture and barbecue, so you can enjoy the sunny days in complete tranquillity.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, ruhig gelegen und nur 300m Fußweg von einem herrlichen Sandstrand entfernt. Die Gastgeberin Brigitte sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
In wenigen Minuten im Ort mit vielen Restaurants und Verkostung von Austern.

Le gîte est très bien aménagé on se croit comme à la maison.
