In this bright, well-equipped vacation home, the living room opens onto a perfectly enclosed plot with lawn and south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy meals or moments of relaxation outdoors in fine weather.
Your 4-legged friends will be warmly welcomed, whatever their size. By prior arrangement with owners (please specify breeds), more than 2 pets can be accommodated per stay.
Ideally located for touring the region, this Holiday cottage is the starting point for many excursions: the village of Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes and its shops 2 km away, the shore 3 km away for admiring the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale for tasting the famous oysters in the port 6 km away or lazing on the beach at Port Sea 9 km away, the corsair town of Saint-Malo 10 km away, the Rance estuary and Saint-Suliac, one of France's most picturesque villages 13 km away.

Located in a hamlet, your vacation rental is attached to the owners' home and is arranged over 2 levels.
First floor:
- a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining table and sitting room with TV offering Netflix and Canal +.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and shower seat, washing machine, tumble dryer and WC
Upstairs, a landing leads to :
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed
- a bedroom with 3 single beds (80 x 200 cm), 2 of which can be converted into a single bed (160 x 200 cm)
- a bathroom with bath and WC, semi-separated by a partition wall.
Outside, enclosed grounds:
- terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, sun loungers
- lawn area
2 parking spaces dedicated to the Holiday cottage in a private parking lot shared with the owners
