This large character gîte is ideally furnished and equipped for family gatherings near Rennes.

16km south of Rennes, ideally located close to the N137 Nantes-Rennes road (6km), the Parc-Expo and Rennes-Saint Jacques airport (17km), and the Ker-Lann campus in Bruz (15km), this magnificent character building, completely renovated in 2019, offers two adjoining Holiday cottages in an outbuilding of the Teilleul manor house. Communicating on the inside, they combine to offer you all the comfort of large, bright living rooms, perfectly furnished and equipped for convivial stays with family and friends. You'll enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with a large terrace and a covered play area shared by all the Holiday cottages. By appointment, the owners will be happy to take you on a guided tour of their landscaped grounds, whose design is perhaps attributed to Denis and Eugène Bühler.

In Holiday cottage 1:
On the first floor, accessible to People with Reduced Mobility: a large 30m² kitchen with dining area, a spacious 30m² living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, an adapted shower room with WC, a separate WC.
Upstairs: one bedroom with two 80X200 beds that can be converted into a double bed, one bedroom with a 140X190 bed, one bedroom with two 90X190 beds, one bedroom with a 160X200 bed and private shower room, one bathroom with double washbasin and bathtub, separate WC.

In Holiday cottage 2:
First floor: kitchen, living room opening onto a south-facing terrace and wooded garden, WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160x200 bed, one bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be converted into a double bed, bathroom, separate WC.

Internet access and private parking.
Electric sockets dedicated to slow recharging for electric vehicles.
