Between Saint-Malo (4 km) and Cancale (7.5 km), this charming gîte is set in a barn in a quiet cul-de-sac in a hamlet just 4.5 km from the beach. Comfortably equipped, you'll enjoy a pretty enclosed garden with trees and flowers, dining table, outdoor lounge and deckchairs.
First floor: spacious 70 m² living room with kitchen and lounge, bedroom with 160X200 bed and en-suite shower room with double basin and large shower, separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: one bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be converted into a double bed, one bedroom with a 160x200 bed, bathroom with shower, bath and double basin, separate toilet with washbasin. Parking on the property.

Les copains retraité Un gîte d'exception
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très beau, très confortable, très propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la literie confortable, les salles de bain, avec douches à l'italienne très spacieuses, les toilettes au rez-de-chaussée et à l'étage séparées (très important quand on n'est plus tout jeune et qu'on se lève plusieurs fois la nuit). Dans la cuisine, nous avons profité des appareils ménagers très fonctionnels et d'un équipement en vaisselle, complet et de qualité. Bref, tout était parfait. Merci aussi aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Wilfried Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren eine Woche im Haus. Es ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und somit ideal für Hunde! Wir können das Ferienhaus wirklich weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Magnifique séjour.Maison exceptionnelle.Spatieuse.arrangee avec goût.Nous sommes dans la nature pour son calme,tout en étant près des villes comme St Malo Cancale Dinant et j en passe, Chargées d histoire Et des paysages a couper le souffle.Ne changer rien vous êtes sympathique et de bons conseils .
