Located in the small hamlet of Vieux Bourg, this house offers a bright, comfortable, and functional interior, designed to ensure you have a pleasant stay in any season.
Outside, you’ll enjoy an enclosed terrace equipped with a plancha grill, perfect for sharing meals al fresco.
At the back of the house, facing the courtyard, the view opens onto a large plot of land where the owners’ animals live: two horses, a donkey, a pony, and a few sheep. A rustic setting that both children and adults will love!
The semi-detached house is attached to a second residence. The owners live nearby—with no direct line of sight between the properties—and are available if needed.
Conveniently located, the house is 20 km from Saint-Malo, the famous “Corsair City” with its iconic ramparts, and 24 km from Dinard, known for its elegant Belle Époque villas, beaches, Casino, and charming downtown area.
You can easily explore the region’s many tourist attractions, including a day trip to discover the charming village of Saint-Sulliac (12 km).

Your two-story vacation rental includes:
On the ground floor:
- Living area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room,
- Separate toilet.

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with TV (160x200 bed)
- 1 bedroom with TV (160x200 bed)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and washer-dryer.

Outside:
A 30 m² enclosed terrace with garden furniture and an electric griddle available for use,
A 100 m² gravel courtyard for parking. This courtyard is shared with another unit (currently undergoing interior renovation; no work will be done while the holiday cottage is occupied).
The holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
