Welcoming duplex apartment with private entrance, terrace and flower garden, located in Dinard, a seaside resort on the Emerald Coast classified as a Town of Art and History! This vacation rental is located 1 km from Saint Énogat beach, which nestles beneath Dinard's Éméria thalassotherapy center. A 5-minute walk will take you to a mini-market, and 10 minutes will take you to Dinard's famous Market, held three times a week in the City center.
Fully self-contained duplex featuring:
- a living area with a kitchen, dining area, and living room with a sofa bed
- a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed
- a bedroom with two 90x190 cm bunk beds
- a bathroom with a toilet
Free street parking is not always available during the high season, but there is a free Public parking lot 200 meters away.

DH Bon WE en famille
WE au calme dans un endroit cosy. Proche de toutes commodités (boulangerie, marché....)
Le linge de maison est compris : génial car pas besoin de tout embarquer pour un WE ou quelques jours. Et nos petits compagnons à 4 pattes sont admis. Merci.- Cleanliness
