Ideally located 5 km from the Estuaires freeway (A84), equidistant from Rennes and 40 km from Mont Saint-Michel, this gîte has been converted into an adjoining former farmhouse, entirely renovated in 2022 to provide a warm and comfortable setting for your stay. Authentic furnishings combined with modern equipment lend an authentic spirit to an interior decorated with taste and a touch of retro. You'll appreciate the way the rooms are organized, offering pleasant privacy and private bathroom facilities on each level of the house. You'll also enjoy a large private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, and access to a nearby lawn.
First floor: kitchen and dining area, living room (decorative fireplace), bedroom with 160x200 bed, shower room, separate toilet and utility room. Upstairs: a bedroom with 3 90x190 beds and a bathroom with WC. Parking on the property.

Hôtes très accueillant et sympathiques, gite spacieux , très agréable qui a été refait il y 2 ans donc tout neuf , décoré avec goût .Emplacement idéal , près de tout mais dans la campagne donc tranquillité assurée.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 2 chats

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce merveilleux gîte.
Très bel accueil de la propriétaire.
Il est très très bien décoré, rien ne manque.
Un grand espace vert avec parking, terrasse...
Tellement de choses à visiter aux alentours.

Bruno Au calme dans une atmosphère chaleureuse
Séjour agréable dans ce gîte aménagé avec goût et esprit pratique, où l'on se sent aussitôt "comme chez soi". Les pièces sont spacieuses, la cuisine équipée de manière très complète, et les propriétaires sont accueillants. A l'écart (2 km environ) du village mais à 10 mn de Fougères seulement par une petite route pleine de charme.
