Upstairs: a bedroom with 3 90X190 beds and a bathroom with WC. Parking on the property. Ideally located 5 km from the Estuaires motorway (A84), equidistant from Rennes and Mont Saint-Michel at 40 km, this gite has been fitted out in joint ownership with the owners in an old farmhouse completely renovated in 2022 to offer a warm and very comfortable living environment. Authentic furniture combined with modern equipment gives an authentic spirit to an interior decorated with taste and a touch of retro. You will appreciate an organization of the spaces allowing a pleasant intimacy of the rooms and private bathrooms on each level of the house. In addition you will enjoy a large private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, with access to a nearby lawn.

Beau gite, confortable et très bien tenu
5/5Besoin de repos et de calme ? Tout y est dans ce gîte très propre, joliment décoré et bien équipé.
Très bien situé pour accéder aux divers sites de visite du Pays de Fougères. Commerces à moins de 10 km.
Le calme de la campagne avec les services de la ville.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour redécouvrir la région à la belle saison.

5/5Félicitations aux propriétaires du gîte qui proposent un logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, offrant espace et confort maximum pour oublier les aléas météorologiques...
Rien ne manque, tout est impeccable de propreté et l'emplacement permet de rayonner facilement à proximité. Un grand merci également pour leur réactivité pour pallier les problèmes techniques inopinés qui auraient pu gacher notre séjour sans leur intervention.- Cleanliness 5/5

Agréable séjour
4/5Nous avons été très contents de ce gîte : très calme, propre, lits confortables, tout le confort, jardin agréable, les propriétaires sont gentils. Le seul bémol est que nous avons fait beaucoup de voiture pour aller visiter les endroits recommandés ( plage, Rennes, mont st Michel). Mais on le savait en prenant ce gîte
