Ideally located for exploring the Mont-Saint-Michel, St-Malo and Fougères regions. This house of character lies in the heart of the flower-filled village of Trans-la-Forêt, on the edge of the Villecartier forest (hiking trails, miniature port). With its beams, fireplace with pellet stove and exposed stonework, this gîte has all the charm of a small English cottage. The gîte is located in the grounds of Mr & Mrs Papail's residence, which also offers bed and breakfast. The gîte adjoins another gîte. Each is independent, with a south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Large enclosed grounds available to guests. Children will love the swing and play area.
First floor: living room, lounge, fitted kitchen, WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 places 140), 1 bedroom (2 beds 1place 90), bathroom with WC. The 2 gîtes can be joined together to accommodate two families.

Ed What a nice gîte
We had a wonderfull time in the gîte. The hosts are very friendly and like to give advice for trips. It's an Ideal location to visit le Mont St. Michel, St. Malo, Dinan and Dinard and relax afterwards in the quiet garden. The gîte has all the equipment you need. We surely recommend this place.

Sébastien Très bon gîte
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, dans un gîte très propre, très bien entretenu, spacieux et agréable. Il est très bien équipé et dispose pour une fois d'un vrai WIFI. Les chambres sont belles et agréables.
Le gîte est clos avec un jardin commun, spacieux, idéal pour les enfants, de plus il très fleuri et boisé.
Le propriétaire est accueillant, fort sympathique et présent si besoin rapidement.
Je le conseille vivement pour les escapades tantôt bretonnes tantôt normandes, et personnellement nous reviendront à coup sûr.
