The Glaz Arena, a sports and events venue, can be reached in 10 minutes by bus (line N°6). The towpath along the banks of the Vilaine is just a 3-minute walk from your rental property, and the municipal swimming pool and nautical base are less than 5 minutes away by car.

    Appartement bien aménagé et calme

    J'ai passé 5 jours, pendant les vacances de Noel 2024, dans cet appartement très calme (bien qu'il soit situé au rez-de-chaussée et donne sur la rue), très propre et lumineux.
    La cuisine est bien équipée, et les chambres agréables. L'appartement dispose de beaucoup d'objets utiles (planche à repasser, étendoir, ampoules de rechange, dosettes pour la lessives)
    il est proche du chemin qui longe la Vilaine et du bus C6 (arrêt Taillis) qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Rennes rapidement. un Carrefour city et un boulanger sont aussi à environ une minute à pied.
    Enfin l'accueil des propriétaires était très sympathique.
    Bref, un logement que je recommande.
