22 km south of Rennes, 5 km from Janzé, this beautiful, comfortable and bright Breton barn has been completely renovated and is ideally suited for a stay with family or friends. Set independently on a shared plot of one hectare, close to a longère with 2 other gîtes, you'll enjoy a south-facing terrace overlooking the fields.

On the first floor, fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, there's a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a master suite with a 140cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet with washbasin, and a laundry room. Upstairs: a landing leads to a bedroom with a 140cm bed and two bedrooms, each with two 90cm beds (beds are made up on arrival), a bathroom (double washbasin), separate WC with washbasin. Electric heating. Outside: private garden, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, parking.
