22 km south of Rennes, 5 km from Janzé, this beautiful, comfortable and bright Breton barn has been completely renovated and is ideally suited for a stay with family or friends. Set independently on a shared plot of one hectare, close to a longère with 2 other gîtes, you'll enjoy a south-facing terrace overlooking the fields.
On the first floor, fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, there's a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a master suite with a 140cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet with washbasin, and a laundry room. Upstairs: a landing leads to a bedroom with a 140cm bed and two bedrooms, each with two 90cm beds (beds are made up on arrival), a bathroom (double washbasin), separate WC with washbasin. Electric heating. Outside: private garden, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, parking.

Vacances Fin d'année à Amanlis
Nous avons passé la fin d'année dans ce gîte très confortable et spacieux où l'on se sent bien.
Bon accueil de la propriétaire qui est très compréhensive pour les horaires.
Couchages très confortables, vaisselle et équipements très bien. Juste la plaque de cuisson capricieuse mais nous avions été prévenus par la propriétaire.

Blondel Séjour automne
Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de la propriétaire et ses attentions sympathiques, crêpes et fleurs du jardin, tisanes à disposition et produits de maison en libre service.
La literie était agréable et confortable.
Cependant nous avons regretté l’état du canapé et, pour ma part, la maman, des fissures importantes dans la maison, notamment dans une chambre dans laquelle dormait 1 enfant et qui m’ont préoccupées pour dormir tranquille.- Cleanliness

Parfait Gite
Super accueil avec présentation du gîte. Équipements complets pour famille. Jeux, portique balançoire, pour jeunes enfants. Bien qu'il soit en campagne, zone de divers commerces a proximité. Bien situé pour visiter la région. C'est la deuxième fois que nous retournons sur ce gîte.
