5 km south of Fougères, in the Countryside, in the heart of a group of carefully renovated 17th and 18th century buildings, this large 280 m² Holiday cottage welcomes you in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The first floor, with its underfloor air conditioning, offers 140 m² of open space ideal for relaxation: numerous sofas, a fireplace, music, reading... everything you need to share pleasant moments.
You can also enjoy the property's Piscine (unheated, accessible all year round, shared with the owners), measuring 11 x 5 m with a depth of 1.70 m in the center.
In addition, a wooden acoustic Cinema (50 Euro for 8 people) and a private Wellbeing area with sauna and whirlpool baths (200 Euro/afternoon for 8 people) are available on reservation with the owner.

First floor:
Kitchen with dining area and sitting area, large living room with fireplace, dining room, study with sofa, shower room with double basins and separate shower, separate WC.

Upstairs, a large landing leads to :
