7 km from Saint-Malo, fall under the spell of this fully-renovated stone house, offering tastefully-decorated living space. Adjoining the owner's vegetable farm, you're ideally located 2.5 km from the banks of the Rance river and its swimming beaches, and 2 km from all shops and services. For babies and young children, baby equipment (cot, high chair, booster seat, bathtub and safety gate) is available on request. You don't need to bring anything with you: towels are provided and beds can be made up on request.
First floor: living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, shower room with separate WC. First floor: bedroom with 160cm bed, second bedroom with 140cm bed and Kids bed, third bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds, optional 180x200cm bed, bathroom and separate WC. Secure outdoor bike shelter for your convenience.

Le gîte "La Ville es Brets" est une rénovation à neuf d'un corps de bâtiment de ferme dans un objectif de préservation du patrimoine. J'ai voulu en faire un gîte de qualité, ouvert en toute saison pour les vacances sur la Côte d'Emeraude. A Saint-Jouan-des-Guérets, seule commune des bords de Rance jouxtant Saint-Malo, vous pourrez également vous rendre à l'espace aqualudique "Aquamalo" pour un moment de détente en famille, en couple ou entre amis.

Le gîte dispose de tout le confort nécessaire: bonne literie, couettes adaptées à toutes les saisons, serviettes, la cuisine a tous les ustensiles de cuisine.
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et charmants, nous donnent des conseils sur la région. Les enfants ont même pu visiter la ferme et donner à manger aux animaux ! Un grand merci !- Cleanliness

We stayed in this wonderful property around Halloween as a family plus a friend who accompanied us. Such a beautiful place!
Louis and Danielle couldn't have been more accommodating - they literally provided us with everything we needed and more (thank you in particular for the raclette machine!).
The location of the house was made it extremely accessible to St Malo, Dinan and Dinard - all of which we visited. The highlight being the boat trip from Dinan to St Malo which I would highly recommend!
We have already shared this property with friends and family and hope that they too will visit.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Louis, dans un gîte moderne, confortable et typique à la fois.
Louis et sa sœur sont des hôtes charmants qui ont été très attentifs à notre confort et notre bien être pendant nos vacances. Leur petits cadeaux de bienvenue ont été très appréciés.
Le gîte était spacieux et bien chauffé, ce qui est agréable en Bretagne.
