In Saint-Malo, 400 meters from the train station and close to all shops and services, this Holiday cottage, entirely created in 2019, adjoining the owners' home, welcomes you for an all-inclusive stay just 1.6 km on foot from the Grande Beach du Sillon. Well-appointed with a fully-equipped kitchen and a large bedroom, bright with its large bay window opening onto a private, enclosed wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, it also offers all the equipment necessary for babies and gladly accepts your pets.
Ground floor:
- a living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed,
- bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed,
- a bathroom with shower
- separate WC.
Please note: there is no washing machine in the accommodation, but there are launderettes nearby (700 m away).
No smoking inside.
For your comfort, bathroom linen and towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.

Valou Saint Malo
Très beau séjour en Bretagne, gîte proche de la gare, petit supermarché a 30 metres. Visite intra muro accessible en bus ou à pied, restaurants proches. Proche Cancale, Dinard et ne pas se priver du Mont saint Michel. Merci à la propriétaire pour le petit déjeuner et le plateau d'accueil. Très belle région.
